Key Responsibilities
- Host guests and present the menu and offerings with confidence
- Manage orders from table to POS to service
- Process electronic and cash transactions
- Maintain clean, reset tables and a tidy restaurant
- Apply NZ liquor laws, coordinating with management and guests on licensing
- Complete the regular in-house training programme and its modules, and promote products and services in line with house policy
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least six months of experience in a similar role, or a Level 2 or 3 Diploma qualification
- Good knowledge of NZ liquor laws
- Availability for nights and weekends
- Availability for the busy summer months
