Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality dishes across the breakfast and lunch menu

Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven experience in a professional commercial kitchen environment
- Confidence under pressure through busy services
- Pride in food quality, presentation and consistency
- Organised and efficient, with good teamwork, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with early starts and weekend work
- Previous leadership experience highly regarded
