Key Responsibilities
- Be accountable for financial control and the day-to-day operations of the funds.
- Supervise outsourced specialists in fund administration, property accounting and tax, reviewing their deliverables.
- Lead financial reporting, including NAV calculations, cashflow forecasting and financing arrangements, and support compliance.
- Manage relationships with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners as needed, and external Accountants & Auditors and Bankers.
Requirements & Eligibility
- CA/CPA qualification
- Relevant client-side funds or property sector experience at FM or Senior FM level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proactive, positive approach that demonstrates initiative
