Key Responsibilities
- Oversee floor operations during service, including reservations, table flow and kitchen liaison
- Establish service standards and coach team members in real time
- Advise guests on wine selection and food pairing, and support wine training for staff
- Carry out closing procedures, covering cash-up and daily checklists
- Develop management competencies through rostering, training, stock control and ordering

Requirements & Eligibility

- A current Queensland RSA, with RMLV or a willingness to complete it on the way to management
