Having recently opened in a new venue within a large shopping centre, the business is expanding its kitchen team. The work centres on high-volume Japanese and fusion service, with real input into menu development and quality control. Hours are split across lunch (11:30 am to 2:00 pm) and dinner (5:00 pm to 8:30 pm), on a salaried basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook sushi alongside Japanese and fusion dishes during lunch and dinner

Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a Japanese restaurant
- Experience in a sushi chef, all-rounder chef or cook position
- Strong command of Japanese and fusion cuisine
- Experience in high-end and high-volume restaurant environments, plus the ability to assist with menu development and quality control
- A strong sense of responsibility, combined with excellent teamwork and communication skills
