Key Responsibilities
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out
- Resolve guest enquiries by telephone, email and in person, ensuring a great stay
- Assist with reservations received through online booking platforms
- Contribute to cleaning, maintenance and presentation of the property
- Verify that rooms, cabins, campsites and facilities meet presentation standards
- Support swimming pool and hot pool operations
- Coordinate daily tasks with team members
- Assist with basic administration and office work
- Develop skills in occupancy, pricing and online booking management
