This role offers a structured route into full kitchen leadership. An established hospitality group with two year-round hotels in regional Western Australia, south of Perth, is appointing a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef to own the daily operation of one kitchen, at a level that reflects your experience, skills and career goals.

The position is full-time and salaried on 38 ordinary hours a week, plus reasonable additional hours where applicable. Candidates already residing in Australia with work rights are invited to apply. As a longer-term consideration, the employer may look at sponsorship for suitable candidates, depending on eligibility, business requirements and immigration regulations; this already applies to more than 10 of its staff.
