Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts across the bar, gaming floor, functions and guest rooms
- Run venue opens and closes, including cash handling and end-of-shift reporting
- Coordinate with suppliers and assist with ordering and stock control
- Contribute to rostering with an eye on labour efficiency
- Support functions and events, and assist with local marketing and in-venue promotions
- Uphold compliance across RSA, RCG, gaming, WHS and food safety
- Coach and develop team members while maintaining service standards and the guest experience
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 1 year of experience in a Duty Manager or Senior Supervisor position
- Experience with gaming
- TAB and KENO experience
- Current certificates in RSA, RCG and ARCG
- A strong leadership presence and the comfort to balance service, people and compliance
- Strong communication skills with a calm, organised, solutions-focused style
- Back-of-house experience, which is highly regarded
- Experience with functions, guest rooms, inventory, rostering, compliance reporting and local marketing, which is favourable
