- Design a secure, enjoyable, warm and inviting learning space
- Contribute to delivering a high-standard educational program
- Maintain learning records consistent with the EYLF, NQF and NQS
- Engage professionally with parents and families to develop a robust home-centre partnership
- Cultivate trusting, respectful connections with each child and family
- Collaborate with colleagues across the early childhood team, sustaining effective working relationships
Requirements & Eligibility
- Progressing through, or having completed, a Certificate III, or holding a Diploma in Early Childhood
- Professional dedication to children aged 0-6 years, shown through a love of the work, a disciplined work ethic, enthusiasm and an innovative, open-minded outlook
- Command of written and spoken communication at an excellent level
- Digital capability for electronic programming and portfolios
- A current Queensland Blue Card
- Sound knowledge of compliance obligations under the National Regulations and National Quality Standards
- First Aid qualifications and Anaphylaxis and Asthma training to be held if successful
