Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, mentoring and practical support to educators, raising the quality of every program.
- Ensure full compliance with the NQF, the National Law & Regulations and service policies, while leading continuous improvement against the National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with families and the broader community.
- Manage occupancy and enrolments for a sustainable service, and lead overall centre performance across occupancy, team outcomes and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, child-focused learning environment, implementing the Child Safe Standards and embedding a culture that prioritises child safety.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven experience in early childhood education leadership.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
- Demonstrated capability to lead teams with warmth, clarity and professionalism, supported by excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and education.
- Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, or ACECQA approved equivalent.
- Up-to-date Working With Children Check, First Aid and relevant clearances, together with current Child Safety and Child Protection Training.
