Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Italian dishes, handmade pasta and traditional recipes among them, with quality and consistency
- Oversee daily operations in the kitchen, including inventory and cleanliness
- Collaborate on new recipes and menu items

Requirements & Eligibility
- A Certificate I - IV qualification would be preferred
- Experience of 2 years in cooking, together with 2 years in Italian cuisine, is preferred; both are desirable
