For a chef building a long-term career, this Sydney opening offers a clear rung on the ladder. A growing kitchen centred on fire cooking and quality produce is recruiting a Chef de Partie or a Sous Chef, and candidates at junior and senior stages of either role are welcome.
The role develops more than station skills. You will run prep and small events on your own, cook at events in different locations and work in a fast, high-energy setting where consistency is the measure of progress.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional kitchen experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a chef role
- Sous Chef applicants must have a minimum of 6 months' experience in that position
- Event catering or high-volume kitchen experience (highly regarded)
- Hatted or award-winning restaurant experience (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated consistency and attention to detail, with pride in producing high-quality food that meets high client expectations
- Proven capacity to run small events and prep independently
- Positive attitude, solid work ethic and team orientation
- Valid NSW driver's licence
- Strong problem-solving ability and initiative
- Australian working rights required (visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates)
