Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a diverse menu of creative, well-presented dishes
- Sustain the highest standards of food quality, presentation and service
- Contribute to new menu items and recipe refinement in partnership with the Head Chef
- Comply strictly with all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Manage your own station, support efficient kitchen operations, mentor junior kitchen staff and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 2 years of professional practice as a Chef, within a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant
- Formal culinary training, or else a relevant hospitality qualification
- Excellent culinary skill backed by close attention to detail and presentation
- Thorough command of hygiene and food safety practices
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Professional passion for locally sourced, seasonal ingredients
- Proven ability to adapt and do well in a busy kitchen environment
- Composure in a high-pressure kitchen
