Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, keep performance within KPIs and build a positive workplace
- Help recruit new talent and develop existing staff
- Co-develop inspiring bistro and events-package menus, while managing food quality, portion control and presentation
- Oversee bistro service and handle the full planning and execution of regular functions and events
Requirements & Eligibility
- 2+ years' experience in comparable roles
- High emotional intelligence combined with strong people management skills
- Proven experience managing a multifaceted, fast-paced kitchen
- Attention to detail and a disciplined approach to quality control
- Understanding of costing and profitability, with strong organisational and planning skills
