The club runs multiple food and beverage outlets, an events and function centre and a sports bar, and the right candidate can expect 35-40 hours per week.
Working under the head chef, you would sharpen the skills that matter for a long-term kitchen career: running efficient service across several outlets, working to the Food Safety Act and a structured food safety system, and holding food quality and consistency to the highest standard. Bistro experience adds weight to an application.
There is also a possible longer path. The position starts as casual, and after an agreeable trial period the employer will consider sponsorship for the right applicant. Applicants need Australian work rights at the time of application.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum three years' experience gained in commercial kitchens
- Desirable: bistro cuisine experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, plus excellent communication
- Honesty and reliability, with a positive approach to excellence in service
- Capable of working as part of a team
- Able to multitask and deliver under pressure
- Time management, which is essential
- A neat, tidy, well-presented appearance at all times
- Australian work authorisation required at the time of application
