Duty Manager
Visa sponsorship
Hospitality · Bunbury, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $75,000 - $85,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored
For a hospitality professional who has already managed a restaurant, this Duty Manager role is a solid next rung on the career ladder. A well-known hotel at a celebrated coastal location in Western Australia, close to Bunbury, is hiring someone to lead the day-to-day running of its high-performing restaurant.
The scope goes well beyond supervising a shift. You would set service standards for the front-of-house team, coordinate with the kitchen, and take responsibility for stock, waste, rosters, cash, payroll and cost of goods, working closely with the General and Operations Manager on the venue's strategic goals. That blend of guest focus and commercial control is what builds a long-term management career.
The position is full-time and permanent, with availability needed on evenings, weekends, school and public holidays. Sponsorship is considered for the right candidate.
