Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration, held as a Registered Nurse
- At least 2 years' professional experience as a Registered Nurse, with Australian experience highly regarded; overseas-only experience must have been gained within the last 5 years
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making capability, together with excellent communication and teamwork
- Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care and willingness to work in regional locations across VIC, NSW, QLD, WA and SA
- Highly regarded: a residential aged care background, working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, experience leading clinical teams
