Key Responsibilities
- Undertake clinical assessments for residents
- Translate assessments into individual care plans
- Provide wound care and administer medications safely

Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Nursing qualifications relevant to the role
- A background in community aged care from previous employment
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Strong skills in developing care plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A current Australian driver's licence
- Australian working rights
