Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full nursing process for residents: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation
- Oversee medication administration and ongoing health and wellbeing monitoring
- Partner with the multidisciplinary team to design and deliver individualised care plans
- Lead and develop the nursing team
- Maintain compliance with legislation, regulations and organisational policies
- Communicate effectively across residents, families and the wider care team
- Champion person-centred practice
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
- Present residence in Australia (essential)
- Significant experience, a minimum of 1 year, in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
- Strong clinical capability across the diverse health needs of older adults
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a compassionate, person-centred approach
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
