Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical nursing care to aged care clients
- Deliver clinical nursing care to NDIS participants
- Conduct clinical assessments
- Develop care plans and review them over time
- Oversee medication management and monitor shifts in client health
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate with clients, families, carers and healthcare professionals, promoting client choice, dignity and independence
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant professional experience in community nursing, aged care or disability services
- Strong clinical assessment, communication and organisational skills
- Confidence working independently in a community setting, combined with a compassionate, person-centred and safe approach to care
- Willingness to move to the Northern Territory
