Reporting upward to the venue manager and general manager, you would hold operational oversight of the hotel and restaurant, direct service personnel and handle staffing and reservations. Regulatory knowledge is central, since the position answers for adherence to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and every licence obligation. Requirements & Eligibility
- A current NZ Duty Manager Certificate (LCQ + Manager's Certificate), or willing to obtain
- Background in hospitality management or a supervisory capacity

- In-depth, strong grasp of host responsibility and alcohol regulation
- A constructive, proactive outlook, especially under pressure
