Key Responsibilities
- Deliver work across building and civil construction projects
- Carpentry and building roles: framing, formwork and hammerhand support
- Concrete and civil trades: placing, steel fixing, reinforcing, trowelling and finishing
- Bricklaying, blocklaying and masonry
- Roof and cladding installation, with flooring and tiling work
- Plastering, gib fixing, plasterboard stopping and painting
- Plumbing, drainlaying, pipe laying and drainage
- Electrical and mechanical support, HVAC and ventilation installation, glazing and general construction
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hands-on construction industry experience in the previous 12 months
- The ability to sustain physically demanding manual work
- Willingness to take instructions and collaborate within a team
- A basic understanding of workplace health and safety requirements, with safe handling of basic hand and power tools
- Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to work in outdoor environments
