Remuneration is level-based, at $23.95 per hour for Level 1 and progressing to $28.25 per hour at Level 4 and above, so your level directly shapes your rate.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic, culturally safe personal care, covering showering, dressing, eating support, mobility and communication
- Contribute to care planning and implement therapy plans for people living with dementia
- Observe, document and report residents' progress, escalating changes or concerns promptly, and maintain accurate records
- Support registered nurses, working within your defined scope of practice
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated commitment to enhancing the lives of elderly people with kindness and empathy
- Strong passion for the aged care sector
- Capacity to work any shift across a 24/7 roster
- Prior caregiving experience preferred
- Dementia care experience regarded as a strong advantage
- Visa support eligibility rests on a Registered Nursing degree, or a Level 4+ caregiving qualification accompanied by an International Qualification Assessment (IQA)
