For hospitality supervisors ready to step into venue leadership, this Bar Manager / Duty Manager role in Perth, WA is a full-time, long-term position with an expanding hospitality group. The setting is a bar and grill, and the role covers the full scope of running a licensed venue.
Beyond service, the job builds the commercial skills that move a career forward: stock control and ordering, cash management, rostering, cost control and managing staff performance. You will also lead and train the bar and front-of-house team and help deliver functions, events and promotions.
The group wants a motivated professional with a minimum of 3 years in a busy pub, tavern, bar or hospitality venue. Subclass 482 sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across the bar and wider venue
- Lead, supervise and develop bar and front-of-house staff through training
- Maintain excellent customer service standards on every shift
- Run stock control, ordering, inventory and cash management
- Carry out opening and closing procedures in line with RSA, liquor licensing and workplace safety requirements
- Contribute to rostering, staff performance, cost control and functions, events and promotions
Requirements & Eligibility
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in hospitality management or supervision
- Strong leadership abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in a busy pub or tavern environment
- Current RSA certificate
- WA Approved Manager accreditation, or the willingness to obtain it
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A reliable, professional approach and the capability to work independently
