Key Responsibilities
- Develop a portfolio of independent customers and key accounts
- Strengthen long-term customer relationships
- Expand existing accounts by identifying sales opportunities, and build new business
- Partner with customers to understand their needs and pinpoint commercial opportunities
- Monitor performance and deliver agreed sales targets while owning territory results
- Act as a professional brand representative and share market and customer insights internally
Requirements & Eligibility
- A commercially hungry, proactive, ambitious mindset
- Experience from FMCG, retail, wholesale, field sales or a related environment
- A strong understanding of retail and independent customers
- Proven experience in account management, sales or business development, backed by a strong commercial mindset focused on sales growth
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, along with strong negotiation and influencing skills
- The confidence to identify opportunities and convert them into results through a proactive, hands-on approach
