For hospitality professionals ready to step up, this is a Restaurant Manager opening at a new restaurant in Melbourne's CBD, a role that puts you in the leadership of a venue from its first chapter. The restaurant has opened successfully in a historic laneway, inside one of the city's most significant heritage dining rooms, and is now expanding its management team with this position and an Assistant Restaurant Manager.

You would help define culture and standards across a dining room, a bar and a private room, in a kitchen known for generous, produce-led cooking over charcoal and hospitality that is thoughtful and welcoming. Quality and provenance sit at the centre of how the team is being built.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the management team that shapes the culture, standards and rhythm of the new restaurant
- Lead front-of-house operations so the dining room, bar and private room all offer a genuinely welcoming experience and food and drinks reach guests with their quality and provenance intact
Requirements & Eligibility
- Management experience in hospitality at Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager level
- Strong personal care for quality
