Key Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing and reviewing individualised care plans
  • Conducting resident assessments and monitoring ongoing health conditions
  • Recognising and responding promptly to changes in residents' health status
  • Administering medications and treatments in accordance with clinical requirements
  • Delivering safe, compassionate and high-quality nursing care
  • Supporting residents' ongoing healthcare and wellbeing needs while promoting their dignity, independence and quality of life
  • Maintaining comprehensive, accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborating with care staff, doctors and allied health professionals
  • Communicating effectively with residents and families
  • Ensuring a safe, respectful care environment that meets relevant clinical, aged care and workplace health and safety standards
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with current experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia
  • Experience in aged care is highly regarded
  • Valid Australian working rights, plus a current Police Check
  • Strong clinical and communication skills, with a professional, reliable and compassionate approach to resident care
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Genuine interest in a long-term regional NSW career and willingness to relocate and live in the regional NSW area
  • Commitment to a minimum 2-year employment contract
  • 186 visa sponsorship and relocation assistance offered to eligible candidates
