Production / Site Manager
Visa sponsorship
Manufacturing · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
For a production professional ready to move from managing a line to running an entire facility, this Production / Site Manager role is a meaningful step. An industry-leading manufacturer with operations across Australia is appointing a hands-on manager, from a manufacturing or mechanical background, to lead its rural production site about two hours from Perth.
The scope is broad. You would hold responsibility for throughput, workflow, safety, people, rosters, quality and inventory, while shaping decisions on facility upgrades and processes. Machinery is central, so practical maintenance and diagnostic knowledge will be used every day. Reporting to senior management on the East Coast gives you real autonomy, backed by high-level support. Living near the site at least Monday to Friday is required.
The employer is open to applicants requiring sponsorship, provided the right skill set and experience come with strong communication skills.
