Key Responsibilities
- Assemble roller doors following the training provided
- Manage the loading and unloading of stock
- Prepare daily pick-and-pack orders for installers
- Transfer products and materials around the warehouse safely
- Plan and organise work in the factory and at the loading dock
- Operate a forklift regularly (LF licence required for this duty) and deliver doors locally when needed (MR licence)
- Read and interpret incoming orders accurately
- Use hand and power tools while maintaining a clean, tidy work area
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a factory environment
- Physically fit, as the position involves lifting weight
- A current forklift licence is necessary
- A truck licence would be an advantage
- Punctuality, reliability, eagerness and efficiency
- Good presentation, politeness and honesty
- A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude, working in a team or autonomously
- Australian legal working rights with no restriction attached
