Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tiling projects to a consistently high standard, keeping accuracy, neatness and attention to detail throughout
- Undertake waterproofing, wet-area preparation and screeding to ensure surfaces are properly prepared
- Accurately measure, set out and install tiles
- Carry out grouting and finishing
- Apply epoxy grout where required, with training available
- Complete caulking and sealing for a professional finish
- Remove and refit basic shower screens where required
- Inspect finished work and correct finishing issues where necessary
- Maintain clean, safe and organised work areas in line with relevant workplace health and safety requirements
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner during projects
- Work to project schedules, completing allocated tasks within agreed timeframes
- Represent the team through dependable service and quality workmanship
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years' experience across tiling and waterproofing
- Demonstrated hands-on tiling capability on a range of projects, including practical waterproofing and screeding experience
- Experience in basic shower screen removal and refitting
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
- Professional, customer-focused communication skills
- English-speaking
- Own suitable commercial vehicle, plus a current Australian driver's licence
- Current White Card
- Appropriate business and public liability insurances, together with a valid ABN
- Australian work rights or eligibility for sponsorship
- Locally based in South Australia if applying for sponsorship
- Dependable and professional work ethic
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
