Key Responsibilities

Contribute to signage production and installation activities as required
Execute full vehicle wraps, partial wraps and spot graphic installations
Prepare panels and surfaces for clean, reliable application, then apply vinyl precisely around curves, recesses, edges and challenging vehicle contours
Achieve consistent outcomes on individual vehicles and fleet projects
Partner with designers on correct positioning and application of printed artwork, and complete laminating, weeding, cutting and other finishing processes
Review completed work to uphold high standards of finish and presentation
Handle installation tasks efficiently in line with quality expectations
Liaise with clients on installation requirements and finished work, and operate effectively both independently and within the team
Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment

Requirements & Eligibility

Portfolio of completed professional wrapping projects
Minimum 5 years of full-time experience covering both vehicle wrapping and sign writing
Strong evidence demonstrating hands-on vehicle wrapping experience
Experience completing full wraps on vehicles with complex shapes and contours, supported by good technical knowledge of vinyl films, laminates and application techniques
Capability to deliver precise, high-quality finishes consistently
Strong attention to detail and a professional standard of workmanship
Clear communication with clients and colleagues
Capacity to manage tasks independently while meeting expected standards
Valid Australian C Class driver's licence
Prior experience with 3M, Avery Dennison or Arlon products is advantageous
Certification from a wrap manufacturer is advantageous
Holding EWP, Working at Heights or White Card credentials is advantageous
Background in vehicle detailing or paint protection film preparation is advantageous
Prior welding or light fabrication experience is advantageous
Capacity to supply a resume and portfolio demonstrating previous work
Sponsorship offered for a suitably qualified candidate
