Key Responsibilities
- Deliver causation reports on defects and damage to a standard that satisfies clients
- Prepare scopes of works and manage billings so they remain up to date
- Perform site inspections and liaise with stakeholders across each project
- Undertake structural design of timber, steel and concrete structures along with the related drafting
- Produce designs in AutoCAD
- Apply rigorous attention to detail to all technical building aspects

- Strong technical report writing capability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sound instinct for structural behaviour
- Eagerness to learn, be mentored and contribute as part of the team
- A high level of English writing and structural analytical skills, highly regarded, along with the ability to use AutoCAD
