Key Responsibilities

Carry out tyre fitting services
Complete wheel alignments
Repair and service brakes
Repair and service clutches
Machine discs, drums and flywheels to required standards
Receive and inspect incoming automotive aftermarket products, then dispatch them
Store tyres, brakes, clutches and parts in their designated locations
Assist the sales team with day-to-day operational requirements
Support deliveries when required
Keep workshop and storage areas accurate and well organised
Apply workplace safety procedures and uphold high-quality work standards
Work autonomously while communicating effectively with the broader team

Requirements & Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of relevant automotive or mechanical experience
Hands-on experience in the automotive aftermarket that you can demonstrate
Working knowledge of tyres, brakes, clutches and related components
Wheel alignment experience is highly regarded
Capacity to work independently and follow instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
A positive, reliable and professional outlook
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Current driver's licence
Australian mechanical licence is an advantage but not mandatory
A genuine and verifiable employment history
Must hold Australian work rights or be eligible for employer sponsorship, and be willing to commit to a long-term position in Australia
