Projects include complete homes, bathrooms and detailed porcelain installations. The position suits tilers who value precision, understand quality finishing and can confidently demonstrate their capability in a practical work trial, where both practical ability and professional approach are verified on the job.

Key Responsibilities

Execute residential wall and floor tiling, from whole-house projects to bathroom areas
Complete porcelain tile installations to a high professional standard
Prepare surfaces and work zones ahead of tiling
Plan accurate tile set-out prior to installation
Measure and cut tiles for precise fits
Maintain consistent alignment and spacing across every installation
Achieve tight grout joints and clean finished surfaces
Deliver level work free from excessive lippage
Apply appropriate tools and installation techniques for each task
Inspect completed areas, rectify finishing issues and maintain safe, tidy and efficient practices
Collaborate with other trades and project team members

Requirements & Eligibility

Solid professional experience as a Wall and Floor Tiler
Demonstrated residential tiling experience, including whole-house tiling projects
Background in fully tiled bathroom walls
In-depth practical knowledge of installing porcelain tiles
Proven capability to produce precise and consistent finishes
Good attention to detail and quality control
Ability to demonstrate practical tiling skills in a work trial, and willingness to complete a practical skills assessment
Own suitable tiling tools
Own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver's licence
Currently based in Australia or prepared to relocate
Reliable and professional work approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
