Key Responsibilities

Evaluate surfaces and define the preparation each one requires
Prepare panels and vehicle surfaces for refinishing, carrying out sanding, masking and priming
Mix and apply automotive paint and clear coats across small and large repairs
Achieve precise colour matching and consistent finishes while operating spray equipment safely
Work with Glasurit paint products and systems
Conduct quality inspections for defects and imperfections and rectify finishing issues
Maintain a clean workshop and well-kept equipment
Collaborate closely with the wider repair team

Requirements & Eligibility

Trade-qualified Automotive Spray Painter
Relevant, hands-on vehicle repair industry experience
Competence in small and large-scale repairs
Strong understanding of automotive refinishing techniques
Experience with professional paint systems
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
A positive, professional attitude and effective teamwork
Flexibility around workshop requirements, with strong reliability and personal responsibility
