An expanding team is building its scaffolding workforce and is seeking skilled, dependable people who can show genuine hands-on capability, a solid understanding of site safety and readiness to contribute to a professional work environment.

Two entry points are available: experienced Scaffolders, and those looking to establish themselves as a Scaffold Labourer and grow into the trade. In both cases, practical experience, tickets and reliability carry real weight.

Suitable candidates can access 40–60 hours of work per week, ongoing opportunities and attractive overtime conditions, a strong base for workers from India and other countries building a construction career.

Key Responsibilities

Erect scaffolding structures in line with approved procedures
Alter and dismantle scaffolding structures following the same approved procedures
Deliver scaffolding work safely and efficiently across construction sites
Inspect scaffold components and equipment prior to and throughout use
Apply safe working practices when working at height
Wear and use appropriate fall protection and personal protective equipment
Interpret site requirements and act on supervisor instructions
Collaborate closely with scaffold crews and other construction personnel
Recognise hazards or unsafe scaffold conditions and report them
Keep equipment organised
Maintain tidy, well-organised work areas
Complete allocated tasks while upholding quality and safety standards

Requirements & Eligibility

Scaffolders: current White Card
Scaffolders: current Working at Heights ticket and current Scaffolding ticket/licence
Scaffolders: relevant hands-on scaffolding experience and the ability to demonstrate practical trade skills
Scaffolders: strong commitment to workplace safety
Scaffolders: physical capability to perform scaffolding duties
Scaffolders: reliable attendance, a professional work attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team
Scaffold Labourers: current White Card, with a Working at Heights ticket preferred
Scaffold Labourers: candidates who do not hold a Working at Heights ticket may perform ground-level duties only
Scaffold Labourers: construction or labouring experience is advantageous
Scaffold Labourers: good physical fitness, the ability to undertake manual work and a strong work ethic
Scaffold Labourers: reliable and punctual
Scaffold Labourers: willingness to learn and develop scaffolding skills, and the ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Scaffold Labourers: a positive, team-oriented attitude
