Key Responsibilities

Project delivery: undertake rail and track construction, maintenance and related project activities, completing track work to project specifications and safety requirements
Applied expertise: bring proven rail industry skills, experience, competencies and qualifications to assigned works and use them appropriately
Specialist work: participate in Thermit Welding activities where suitably qualified
Collaboration and mobility: work effectively with rail crews, supervisors and site personnel, and travel to different project sites when required
Safety and standards: follow established rail safety procedures and workplace requirements while maintaining professional standards throughout
Records: maintain accurate information on your skills, experience and competencies

Requirements & Eligibility

Demonstrated hands-on rail and track experience, backed by the ability to show it is genuine and verifiable
Current KLE Profile together with relevant rail industry competencies
Thermit Welding competency is advantageous
Relevant qualifications, licences, tickets or certifications
Strong understanding of rail safety and site procedures
Reliable and adaptable in project-based work, with the ability to travel when required
Suitable overseas applicants may be considered for sponsorship
Remuneration is set according to experience, competencies and suitability
