Key Responsibilities
- Issue production reports daily and weekly.
- Produce timesheet and plant reporting.
- Evaluate productivity on the construction side and overall project performance.
- Reconcile piling, tracker and module quantities.
- Maintain the registers for survey, pile testing and tolerance.
- Manage inspection and test documentation (ITPs, ITCs, ITRs) as well as punch lists and QA registers.
- Maintain AppSheet trackers and reporting dashboards.
- Keep project systems accurate and usable.
- Support process improvement and optimise site systems.
- Coordinate delivery registers together with materials and laydown planning.
- Detect data discrepancies and trends, and highlight opportunities to improve.
- Liaise with project teams, the client and the principal contractor regarding reporting and documentation.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Desirable: academic or practical grounding in Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Strong analytical capability, with confidence across large or complex data sets.
- Advanced Excel proficiency: formulas, pivot tables, data validation, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP.
- A strong interest in process improvement and productivity.
- A strong interest in operational efficiency.
- Capacity to understand workflows and identify where systems and processes can be improved.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills of an excellent standard.
- Quick uptake of new systems.
- Capacity to work autonomously within a remote site environment.
- Exposure to Google Data Studio, Primavera P6, AppSheet, Employment Hero or Google Sheets would be advantageous, and experience in solar construction, manufacturing, logistics, operations or other project-based environments will be highly regarded.
