Key Responsibilities
- Own the accuracy of inventory information and stock movement history, analysing usage trends to keep stock at appropriate levels
- Conduct scheduled stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate end-to-end parts supply in support of daily workshop activity
- Evaluate workshop requirements and place parts orders efficiently
- Maintain purchase order records with accurate supporting documentation
- Manage supplier communication covering availability, deliveries and order status
- Verify incoming deliveries against required specifications
- Administer returns, cancellations and supplier credits along with associated records
- Maintain tracking records for workshop tools and equipment
- Strengthen workflow between parts operations and the workshop team
- Provide administrative support for vehicle preparation and workshop operations
- Apply workplace safety procedures to parts storage and handling
Requirements & Eligibility
- Strong computer skills for data entry, reporting and reconciliation work
- Proven experience across automotive parts, purchasing, stock control or dealership operations
- Demonstrated automotive industry experience that positions you for an overseas career opportunity
- Sound understanding of automotive repair processes and parts requirements
- Service Advisor experience paired with strong workshop administration skills will also be considered
- High attention to detail, excellent record management and the ability to organise work, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
- Professional communication with suppliers and internal teams
- A positive, adaptable mindset and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid driver's licence
