Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Painting Manager, providing solutions independently or working with them to resolve problems and reach positive outcomes
- Motivate, lead and manage team members and projects across numerous sites
- Uphold workplace safety, complying with OSH policies, company procedures and induction manuals
Requirements & Eligibility
- Trade Certified Painter (completion of an apprenticeship is a must)
- Demonstrated leading hand or 2IC experience, with the ability to manage projects and team members
- Communicates strongly and is highly organised
- Capacity to resolve issues independently or with the Painting Manager to secure a positive outcome
- Attention to detail for quality control, plus the ability to interpret project drawings (floor plans/elevations)
- Manual driver's license
- White card
- Subcontractors and ABN holders are excluded
- Desirable: EWP and/or Working at Heights ticket
- Desirable: First Aid
- Desirable: airless spraying experience
- Current National Criminal History Check
