Key Responsibilities

Look after mechanical production equipment, conveyor systems, mechanical components and hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
Diagnose equipment faults and complete mechanical repairs, responding to breakdowns to restore operation
Deliver preventative maintenance programs, inspecting machinery for wear, damage and potential failures
Manage maintenance work through CMMS and document completed maintenance and repair activities
Coordinate with production personnel throughout maintenance work
Contribute to engineering and maintenance improvement initiatives
Uphold workplace safety requirements
Hold equipment at a safe operating standard
Enable smooth, continuous production operations

Requirements & Eligibility

Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade is essential
At least 1 year of Australian maintenance experience is essential
Demonstrated industrial mechanical maintenance experience; manufacturing or FMCG experience is highly regarded
Strong mechanical troubleshooting capability, including identifying and resolving equipment faults
Sound understanding of preventative maintenance practices
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, supported by a reliable and professional work history
Ability to supply evidence of relevant qualifications and experience
Currently residing in Australia, with willingness to relocate within NSW
Eligible candidates must satisfy applicable 482 sponsorship requirements
