Landscaper/ Landscape Construction worker

Key Responsibilities

Operate landscaping machinery and power tools in line with safe work practices
Interpret project drawings and site plans to guide installation
Install irrigation and reticulation systems and lay natural and synthetic turf
Build retaining walls and landscape structures and complete paving and hardscape installations
Construct garden beds, edging and soft landscape features as part of broader landscape construction activity
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and site safety on every job
Work autonomously while supporting team objectives and liaising effectively with supervisors, colleagues and clients
Travel across Western Australia to project locations as required

Requirements & Eligibility

Demonstrated background in landscaping, civil or construction environments
Practical experience in irrigation, turf, paving, retaining walls or comparable landscape works
Capability to interpret construction plans and adhere to specifications
Strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship and the self-motivation to work independently
Reliable team player with good communication skills
Landscaping qualification desirable but not mandatory
Current driver's licence preferred
Physically fit for outdoor construction work
Eligibility to work in Australia or to qualify for employer-sponsored visa pathways
Seeking long-term career progression with a verified Australian employer
