Key Responsibilities

Build expertise by participating in education programs and industry masterclasses and staying current on hair trends and styling techniques
Provide premium hairstyling and finishing services
Execute blow-dries, upstyles, braids and occasion hairstyles
Design customised looks around individual client requirements
Style clients for weddings, events and professional photoshoots
Contribute to events, campaigns and creative industry projects
Uphold high standards of workmanship, personal presentation and customer service
Apply professional products and equipment appropriately
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver coordinated client experiences and foster a positive workplace culture

Requirements & Eligibility

A relevant hairstyling qualification or substantial professional experience in the field
Demonstrated capability across a broad range of hairstyling techniques
Background in a professional salon or comparable environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Creativity and a genuine passion for the beauty industry
Capacity to maintain quality while working under time pressure
A professional appearance and client-focused approach, backed by reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
