Key Responsibilities

Stay ahead of current trends and techniques across hairdressing and barbering
Deliver a full range of professional cutting, colouring, styling and grooming services
Provide high-quality women’s cuts, colour and styling where applicable
Perform men’s haircuts, fades, beard grooming and barbering
Lead client consultations to understand preferences and service needs, recommending appropriate hairstyles, colours and grooming options
Uphold strong customer service standards and client satisfaction
Keep tools, equipment and work areas hygienic, clean and professionally maintained, using salon products and equipment safely and effectively
Contribute as an effective member of a supportive salon team

Requirements & Eligibility

Proven professional background as a Hairdresser or Barber
Strong practical capability in either women’s hairdressing or men’s barbering, with candidates skilled in both areas highly regarded
Relevant experience in cutting, styling, colouring, fades or grooming services for your speciality
Strong communication and client service capabilities
A professional attitude and attention to detail
