Key Responsibilities

Stay up to date with current hair trends, techniques and industry practices
Deliver professional cutting and styling services
Provide colour services using contemporary methods and close attention to detail
Hold consultations to learn each client's preferred look, colour and overall requirements
Evaluate hair condition and advise on appropriate styling and colour options
Achieve dependable, high-quality outcomes across a wide range of hair services
Develop professional client relationships and sustain client satisfaction
Uphold a high standard of personal grooming and salon professionalism
Collaborate with fellow experienced stylists and participate in salon training and ongoing upskilling
Look after an orderly, hygienic and welcoming workspace

Requirements & Eligibility

A relevant hairdressing qualification or recognised industry training, plus a minimum 3 years in professional practice as a qualified hairdresser
Verified hands-on salon background, backed by appropriate employment evidence and a consistent professional track record you can show
Strong practical capability across cutting, styling and modern colour work
Confidence leading professional client consultations, supported by strong communication and customer service skills
A reliable, approachable manner and dedication to producing quality work
Openness to continued training and professional development
Ability to commit to at least 5 months or longer
Flexible availability, with scope to transition from part-time to full-time
Eligible candidates may be considered for employer sponsorship
