The salon is looking for a Hairdresser who demonstrates strong technical skills, sound professional judgement and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Engage in training and continuous professional development
• Lead client consultations and advise on suitable styles and treatments
• Provide professional hairdressing and styling services tailored to individual client needs
• Achieve consistent outcomes across cutting, styling, colouring and related services
• Apply strong technical expertise to deliver quality finishes
• Cultivate lasting client relationships and an individual client following through reliable, personalised service
• Uphold professional standards throughout each appointment
• Contribute to salon targets while sustaining service quality
• Maintain current knowledge of techniques, products and trends, recommending appropriate professional haircare products
• Ensure the salon workspace remains clean, organised and welcoming
• Operate independently while contributing effectively to the wider salon team

Requirements & Eligibility

• Proven professional background as a Hairdresser or Stylist
• Relevant hairdressing qualification and/or substantial professional experience in the field
• Strong applied knowledge of modern hairdressing techniques
• Capacity to demonstrate genuine, verifiable industry experience, supported by evidence of previous professional experience
• Confident client consultation and styling, underpinned by strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated dedication to quality and client satisfaction
• Capable of working independently and within a team
• Reliable, well-organised and professionally presented, bringing a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Openness to learning and adapting to evolving industry trends
