Front of House Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Lead front-of-house operations through service, directing team members and allocating staff across stations
- Be accountable for shifts from opening to close, coordinating handovers so key details are communicated
- Track service flow and respond to operational challenges
- Deliver consistent, professional service, managing enquiries and resolving issues
- Oversee POS transactions, orders and cash handling
- Partner with kitchen staff to sustain efficient service
- Safeguard FOH cleanliness, presentation and food safety practices alongside workplace and service standards each shift
- Contribute to training and developing FOH team members
- Take on operational duties during peak periods to support the team
- Model professional conduct and strong work standards
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven experience in a Front of House Supervisor or comparable hospitality leadership role
- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating hospitality staff; high-volume hospitality or QSR experience is advantageous
- Strong communication and people-management skills, with confident customer service and problem-solving ability
- Capacity to remain calm, organised and effective in busy service
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability and a positive, professional approach to hospitality
- Availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Current RSA Certificate
- Previous employment and relevant experience must be genuine and verifiable
- Must satisfy applicable requirements for visa sponsorship
