Key Responsibilities

Expand product expertise via continued learning and on-the-job mentoring
Keep advanced material handling equipment in peak condition across workshop and client sites, servicing, repairing and completing planned maintenance that maximises performance and reliability
Draw on technical expertise to trace faults, complete diagnostics and implement effective solutions
Answer customer service needs with timely, professional support, offering sound assessments and recommendations on equipment condition
Document every service and maintain records of all work performed
Demonstrate strong safety awareness and adhere to Australian workplace standards
Work with seasoned technical colleagues to lift service outcomes, representing the organisation through high-quality workmanship and customer-focused service

Requirements & Eligibility

Demonstrated background as a Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, or comparable technical role, backed by a relevant trade qualification and practical industry experience
Minimum three years of hands-on servicing, repair or maintenance work on equipment
Strong mechanical and technical fault-finding capability
Effective English communication with clients and colleagues, and a proven commitment to quality, safety and professional standards
Capacity to supply verified employment history, qualifications and skills evidence
Willingness to relocate and build a long-term future in Australia
Capacity to satisfy Australian visa sponsorship and skills assessment requirements where applicable, with the drive to contribute in a global-standard work environment
