Key Responsibilities

Supervisor & Field Manager (team leadership): guide and support hospitality teams over multiple venues, and coach staff on operational procedures and new menu items
Supervisor & Field Manager (performance): evaluate store results, menu execution and service standards, and pinpoint practical improvements to sales, efficiency and customer service
Supervisor & Field Manager (venue support): offer hands-on operational assistance, carry out regular venue visits with management support, and assist with setting up and opening new locations
Supervisor & Field Manager (resources and compliance): monitor stock, equipment and facility requirements and ensure company procedures and operational standards are applied consistently
Supervisor & Field Manager (problem-solving): partner with head office and venue teams to overcome operational challenges
Supervisor & Field Manager (mobility): move between locations, including regional and interstate venues where required
Chef (production): cook and prepare dishes to established recipes and quality benchmarks, delivering consistent quality, presentation and portion control
Chef (menu): contribute to menu development and introduce new dishes
Chef (kitchen management): oversee food preparation, stock rotation and inventory, keeping operations clean, organised and efficient
Chef (safety): uphold food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards
Chef (openings and teamwork): ready kitchens for new venue openings, collaborate with management and kitchen teams, and train and support other kitchen staff where required
Chef (service): sustain professional standards when service is busy

Requirements & Eligibility

Supervisor & Field Manager (background): demonstrated hospitality, restaurant or F&B operations experience, including previous supervisory, management or multi-site work
Supervisor & Field Manager (specialist experience): highly regarded if you have worked in a Japanese restaurant or with sushi
Supervisor & Field Manager (leadership): strong communication and team leadership skills, proven capacity to manage operational challenges, and a professional, reliable, hands-on style
Supervisor & Field Manager (consistency and availability): able to maintain consistent standards across multiple venues, willing to work weekends when required and able to travel between locations
Supervisor & Field Manager (licence): current driver's licence preferred
Supervisor & Field Manager (work rights): Australian Permanent Residency or valid full-time work rights; Working Holiday Visa holders are not eligible
Chef (experience): proven commercial kitchen or restaurant background, with Japanese cuisine, sushi or F&B experience highly regarded
Chef (qualifications): relevant culinary qualifications preferred
Chef (skills): strong knowledge of food preparation and food safety, efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen, and good communication and teamwork
Chef (mobility): reliable and adaptable, willing to relocate or work across different Australian locations; applicants open to regional and interstate opportunities are strongly encouraged
Chef (authenticity): able to demonstrate genuine and relevant professional experience
