Key Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day running of the venue and its service standards, spotting operational issues early and acting to protect service quality
Oversee hospitality staff across each shift, and contribute to rostering, training and continuing performance development
Model professional behaviour that keeps the venue centred on its customers
Gauge customer satisfaction and handle complaints effectively
Manage stock control, inventory tracking and the ordering of supplies
Uphold workplace health, safety and venue requirements together with relevant licensing obligations
Support promotions, functions and special events held at the venue
Analyse sales activity, team performance and customer feedback, and report accurate operational information to management

Requirements & Eligibility

Demonstrated professional background in hospitality supervision or management, with proven leadership of hospitality teams
Strong practical understanding of venue and bar operations, including stock management and basic financial responsibilities
Well-developed communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
Sound judgement and decision-making in a fast-paced hospitality setting
Availability to work evenings, weekends and flexible hospitality shifts
Relevant hospitality or management qualifications are desirable
Current onshore status in Australia, with genuine and verifiable evidence of relevant work experience
